Four years ago I was at a low point in life. I was in my forties, I’d had a hysterectomy, I was overweight, unfit and unhappy. I didn’t recognise myself in the mirror. My confidence was at an all-time low.
Then I metShân. In fact, I saw her leading a yoga class on the beach. It was one of those cinematic moments – a beautiful setting, inspiring, strong women, practising yoga. I really wanted to be one of them but had come up with a million reasons why I couldn’t. It was my husband who suggested I speak to them after their class. I was so nervous. But I did it. I was creeping into my mid forties and lost all hope of a body that I would feel confident with. I had an ever growing muffin top, thunder thighs and a stomach made of tyres. Shân gave me the drive to do her classes. I have been doing her HIIT and yoga classes for twelve weeks. I have lost 21lbs but more importantly my shape has changed, 4 inches off the hips and a gap between the thighs! Just want to say thanks for letting me join your online classes. I feel so motivated now!! I really enjoy the live classes but love the reruns if I can’t make afternoons. Prior to lockdown I used to attend classes in the gym, I really don’t think I’ll ever go back. I love the flexibility of being able some days to train in my pjs!
I love the sets you do and have been doing on average 4 hits and 3 yoga a week. I definitely feel much fitter and more toned so thank you! Your encouragement on the sessions also keeps me going.

I can honestly say that your HIIT sessions at 8am 4 times a week and the yoga sessions at lunchtimes have literally saved me during lockdown.
I love routine so it's perfect for a great start to the morning and I feel myself becoming stronger and fitter every week. Increasing the weight on the resistance routine and being able to do the ab workouts fully, there is definite improvement!!
Lovely yoga helps mentally unwind and switch off from the chaos of the house!

Shân’s yoga classes offer total mindfulness and are challenging and relaxing in equal measures. She gives very clear direction and demonstration to make sure you are doing each pose correctly. She’s very observant, constantly checking your positioning. Accessible for all levels ...my seven year old loves joining in too! A truly lovely instructor!

I Love the subscription, I've just cancelled my gym membership forever! I Decided never to go back. There are so many great videos, why would I go back to the gym when I can save time, train anytime and have a great workout...much more flexible and I can still feel my abs from yesterday's session!
