Shân Carver
For 20 years I’ve been doing what I love most as a fitness trainer, sports therapist and yoga teacher: helping people feel fit, strong and happy. My passion for sports and exercise led to University studies in Movement Science and I have since worked in the health and wellness industry in both the UK and Australia. The opportunity to study yoga, in the UK and India added depth and richness to my work by incorporating mindful practice to integrate body and mind. My knowledge and experience has inspired these strong, energetic and vibrant training sessions and nourishing yoga to bring you the most beneficial fitness system to practice anywhere you like!
What inspires me to continue is seeing the huge positive psychological benefit of caring about yourself through improved health and fitness. I’m like you, some days I don’t feel like exercising, some days I don’t feel that good about myself, some days I don’t want to get out of bed – but what I know is exercise always makes me feel better! So, come on, join in, feel supported within The Beachfit Club community where building strength and confidence from within is of equal importance to the physical strength we gain from exercise.
