Can you believe it? We’ve been training online together for a whole year! What started out as a necessary action due to Covid restrictions and lockdowns has turned into a progressive and effective training method.
The HIIT sessions take 30 minutes and, practiced regularly, allows you to adapt and improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance quickly without overloading or fatiguing your body. Short bursts of intense exercise definitely maximise training time. Adding resistance progressively will Increase strength and improve muscular tone.
Beachfitlive Yoga offers compact 40 minute practices of strong flows, deep stretching, relaxation techniques and breath work to complement the fitness for a full body and mind workout.
I’ve loved watching and hearing how you adapt and improve, I love the banter at the end of the sessions and stories of shared exercise experiences. Exercise is such a leveller, with these online sessions they can be practiced anywhere and at any time, the end result is the same – healthier, happier and more energised.
So many of you have found a new love for exercise, gained confidence in your ability and in your own body and everyone has increased self esteem! I’ve loved hearing how you feel better, have more energy, fit into your old jeans, find tone in your bicep, improve posture, stronger back, better sleep, feel more relaxed, feel more brave and made new friends through our group chat – which is open to all members and help keep each other going.
